3) Enable & Deliver
- Translate business needs into implementable requirements and delivery plans
- Work directly with engineering, data, and platform teams to ensure feasibility
- Own delivery outcomes through agile sprints and iterative releases
- Use AI tools to improve delivery speed, quality, and decision-making across the team
4) Drive Adoption & Change

- Design adoption plans and readiness activities
- Help clients build capability and embed new ways of working
- Guide clients in adopting responsible AI practices, including governance and change readiness
- Ensure solutions are sustainably embedded into day-to-day operations

- Create and refine reusable templates, playbooks, and accelerators
- Share knowledge across teams and help improve delivery practices
- Stay current with emerging tools and methods, applying them pragmatically to client outcomes
- Coach junior peers in modern delivery practices and tech-enabled ways of working

About this role
At Temus, you'd own meaningful transformation work across the full lifecycle—from helping clients articulate fuzzy challenges into clear objectives, through designing and prototyping solutions, all the way to embedding change into their operations. This is hands-on consulting with real scope: you'll facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders, translate business needs into delivery plans, and work directly with engineering and data teams to ship outcomes. The work centres on how AI reshapes organisations—their models, structures, and ways of working—so you'll need to think critically about both the opportunity and the responsibility.
The role demands strong problem-structuring ability, stakeholder influence across business and technology, and genuine comfort with ambiguity. You should have 3–6 years in consulting, transformation, product, or delivery roles, with solid grounding in modern methods like agile and design thinking. Crucially, you'll need practical fluency with AI tools as everyday work instruments—not just conceptual knowledge, but the ability to use them for analysis, prototyping, and documentation, and to design workflows that blend human and AI decision-making sensibly.
This suits someone who learns fast, thinks in systems, and has a track record of shipping measurable outcomes. You'll also mentor junior colleagues and help the firm build reusable playbooks. The role is full-time, in-office in Singapore, at a Temasek-backed firm with 400+ people across strategy, design, technology, and data disciplines.
