About this role
Leading security operations at a prominent Chicago Loop landmark, you'd oversee a five-person team while managing the daily protection of a historic property that hosts tenants, international executives, and public visitors. The role demands hands-on involvement across all aspects of site security—from conducting patrols in any weather and monitoring access control systems to investigating incidents, developing operational procedures, and ensuring your team meets Titan's standards through coaching and training. You'd balance operational rigor with genuine customer service, handling everything from visitor check-ins to responding to emergencies and documenting security concerns.
This position suits someone with at least three years of security officer experience or equivalent supervisory background who holds a valid state security license and can manage both the administrative side of the role (scheduling, payroll, performance reviews) and its physical demands. You'll need strong communication skills, familiarity with access control and CCTV systems, and the ability to work in-office full-time at a high-profile property. The salary range is $59,000–$60,000 annually, with PTO, paid holidays, medical and dental coverage, and clear pathways for advancement within Titan.
