The role focuses on placing security officers into retail settings and requires you to communicate company policies and benefits to candidates while managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
This position suits someone with two to five years of recruiting experience, ideally from industries with large remote hourly workforces. You'll need strong interpersonal and communication skills, solid computer proficiency, and the ability to juggle competing priorities. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is preferred.
