About this role
Apptronik's Senior Compensation Analyst role sits at the center of how the company structures pay for a rapidly scaling technical workforce building humanoid robots. You'll own compensation analyses and market research that inform pay decisions across the organization, serve as the go-to advisor for People Partners and business leaders on compensation questions, and help design and refine salary structures, equity programs, and bonus plans. This is independent, strategic work that requires both analytical rigor and the ability to communicate complex pay concepts to non-specialists.
The role demands five or more years of compensation experience, strong command of Excel and compensation systems like Workday or Radford, and solid grounding in pay equity and compliance issues like FLSA and pay transparency laws. You'll need a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; CCP certification is preferred. Experience in technology, robotics, or other competitive global industries is valued. The position is based in Austin and requires in-office presence.
This is a good fit if you're comfortable working independently on multiple projects in a matrixed environment, can spot compliance risks early, and prefer data-driven problem-solving over rigid processes. You'll need to stay current on industry trends and be willing to adapt as the company grows and its compensation programs evolve.
