The role demands at least ten years of technical leadership experience, a computer science or related degree, and mastery of modern software practices: Agile, CI/CD, automated testing, and enterprise-scale debugging. You'll be expected to model best practices, foster a learning culture, and challenge the status quo respectfully. Cloud platforms (especially Azure), microservices architecture, Python, and MLOps or LLMOps experience are highly valued; GitHub, Databricks, and DevOps principles round out the preferred skill set.

The salary range is $162,000–$262,200, with variable compensation, comprehensive health and wellness benefits, and five weeks of vacation annually.
