About this role
Heapy Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee electrical and MEP infrastructure projects in Indianapolis, managing the full lifecycle from planning through completion. You'd be the central point of contact across clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams, responsible for keeping projects aligned with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. This hybrid role requires someone with solid electrical construction or design experience who can balance competing priorities—coordinating schedules and budgets, monitoring costs and progress, overseeing contractor work, and ensuring compliance with codes and safety requirements.
The position suits someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable in a collaborative environment. You'll spend time in project meetings, site visits, and inspections while also handling documentation review, risk identification, and problem-solving. Strong communication and relationship-building skills matter here, as does the ability to advocate for clients while working closely with HEAPY leadership and multidisciplinary teams. The company emphasizes a colleague-first culture and values ongoing professional development, so there's an expectation of growth and engagement beyond day-to-day project delivery.
