About this role
Aspire Allergy & Sinus is seeking an operations leader to manage multiple clinic locations across the West Dallas-Fort Worth area, overseeing front- and back-office teams while partnering with providers and regional leadership. You'll own the operational and financial performance of assigned clinics, using P&L data and key performance indicators—patient volume, provider utilization, labor costs, treatment conversion, and contribution margin—to identify gaps and drive results against budget and organizational goals. This is a hands-on role that requires frequent travel (up to 50%) between clinic locations in Fort Worth, Arlington, Keller, Grapevine, Denton, and Flower Mound.
The position combines team leadership with financial accountability. You'll manage staffing plans, schedules, and productivity; oversee purchasing and inventory controls; and work across departments to resolve barriers to revenue, collections, and efficiency. You'll also develop annual budgets and forecasts, present performance data in monthly and quarterly reviews, and coach employees toward appointment capacity, retention, and patient service goals.
This role suits someone with healthcare operations experience, comfort with financial analysis and P&L responsibility, and the ability to lead teams while maintaining hands-on involvement in day-to-day clinic operations. Success requires balancing growth and profitability with patient care quality and employee accountability.
