About this role
OVME Aesthetics is building out a new studio location in Kansas City and seeking an experienced Aesthetic Practitioner to help establish the practice from the ground up. You'd be one of the early team members shaping the studio's culture and client base, performing injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers while conducting thorough consultations and developing personalized care plans. The role demands clinical precision—accurate injection technique, knowledge of facial anatomy, and attention to safety protocols—paired with genuine client relationship-building and a commitment to staying current with industry advancements.
This position requires at least two years of injecting experience and current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate. You'll work full-time in-office with occasional Saturday availability (1–2 per month), balancing independent judgment with collaborative input from Medical Aestheticians and the broader team. Strong communication, detail orientation, and social media proficiency are essential, as is the ability to manage detailed client records, educate patients on pre- and post-care, and maintain rigorous compliance standards.
OVME offers comprehensive benefits including 15 days PTO, 13 paid holidays, CME allowance with four dedicated CME days, full medical/dental/vision coverage, disability and life insurance, a 401k with full employer match, and additional perks like a 50% retail discount and Wellhub membership. This is a good fit if you're an experienced injector looking to grow a practice alongside a collaborative team while maintaining high clinical and ethical standards.
