About this role

OVME Aesthetics is launching a new location in Oklahoma City and seeking an experienced Aesthetic Practitioner to help establish it from the ground up. You'd be among the first to shape the studio's culture and client base while delivering injectable treatments—neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and related services—with a focus on natural results and personalized care. The role combines clinical execution with client relationship building, requiring you to conduct thorough consultations, perform injections with precision, stay current with industry advances, and educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care.

This position requires at least two years of injecting experience and current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate. You'll work independently most of the time but collaborate with Medical Aestheticians on treatment planning and coordinate with a broader team. The job demands strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, social media proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll also need flexibility to work one or two Saturdays monthly.

The package includes 15 days PTO, 13 paid holidays, CME allowance with four dedicated CME days, comprehensive health coverage, disability and life insurance, a fully company-paid 401k with employer match, an EAP, and additional perks like a 50% retail discount and Wellhub membership. This is suited to a self-directed practitioner excited about building something new while maintaining high clinical and professional standards.
