About this role
Qualtrics is seeking a Sr. System Analyst to own the integrity and optimization of its Zuora-based finance systems, specifically subscription billing and revenue recognition. You'll be the primary expert on Zuora Billing and Revenue, responsible for platform governance, custom configuration, and troubleshooting across a complex ecosystem that includes Salesforce CPQ, Workato, and NetSuite. The role demands deep technical capability—building automations and workflows, mapping data pathways, managing integrations, and ensuring strict compliance with ASC 606 standards and SOX controls.
This position suits someone with 5+ years of hands-on finance systems experience and proven Zuora expertise who thrives in ambiguity and moves decisively to solve problems. You'll triage incidents, lead end-to-end testing and deployments, automate billing operations, and collaborate across global finance, sales, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. The work is hands-on and technical, not managerial—you're building and maintaining systems, not managing people.
You'll work in-office in Mexico City as part of a growing finance systems team with clear pathways for expanding your technical leadership and expertise in enterprise subscription billing. The role offers genuine growth through increasing responsibility and the chance to develop specialized knowledge in a critical business function.
