We’re hiring Caregivers - compassionate team members who provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. This role blends empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments every day.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
- Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
- Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
- Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- Effective communicator in verbal and written English
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Comfortable working around animals and pets

Schedule: Part Time, PM shift, every other Saturday and Sunday only, can pick up more shifts if available, not guaranteed

The role demands physical capability (walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.), reliability with transportation, and comfort working in an environment that includes animals.
This position suits someone with a compassionate approach to care work and a genuine interest in supporting people with dignity. Prior experience with memory-impaired individuals is preferred but not required; what matters more is dependability, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a team setting. The PM schedule runs part-time with every other Saturday and Sunday guaranteed, plus the option to pick up additional shifts as available.
