About this role
Nimble Robotics is building autonomous supply chain infrastructure, and this role puts you at the center of the software that makes it work. As Technical Product Manager II for Cloud Logistics, you'll own the warehouse management system powering Nimble's robotic fulfillment operations—the software layer that coordinates inventory tracking, order management, picking, packing, and robot task optimization across a network of autonomous warehouses. You'll work directly with warehouse operations, customer success, engineering, and leadership to translate complex operational needs into product requirements and shipped features.
The work spans the full product lifecycle: gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders, defining and tracking KPIs against real warehouse performance, designing test plans, and ensuring successful launches. You'll need to communicate technical context clearly to engineers, create low-fidelity mockups to clarify requirements, and own the documentation and training that keeps operations running smoothly. Nimble's culture embraces AI coding tools, so you can contribute directly to product development even without an engineering background.
This role suits someone with 2+ years in technical product management, solutions engineering, or a related engineering role who understands how complex software systems fail and can think critically about why. You should be comfortable with cloud services and web applications, highly organized, and able to move fast in a high-intensity environment. The position is full-time, in-office in San Francisco, at a well-funded company ($220M+ raised) with a FedEx partnership and a board that includes robotics and AI leaders like Marc Raibert and Fei-Fei Li.
