About this role
Jordan Park Group, an SEC-registered investment adviser serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions, is seeking a Compliance Associate to join its San Francisco office. You'd work within the Compliance team under the Chief Compliance Officer, supporting both the firm's wealth management and private fund advisory businesses. The role centers on managing the Code of Ethics program—approving employee activities, monitoring communications, and conducting surveillance and testing—while also handling regulatory filings, compliance training administration, audit management, and vendor oversight. As the business grows, responsibilities will expand to include broader compliance projects and strategic initiatives across the firm.
The ideal candidate brings three to five years of compliance experience at a financial services firm, with exposure to both wealth management and private fund advisory work. You should be familiar with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, have managed Code of Ethics policies and monitoring, and have experience with regulatory filings like Form ADV, 13F, and Form PF. Beyond technical knowledge, the role calls for someone organized and detail-oriented who can operationalize processes, work independently and collaboratively, communicate across stakeholder groups, and handle sensitive information with discretion. A bachelor's degree and five years of professional experience are required.
The position offers a base salary of $85,000 to $115,000 depending on experience and qualifications, plus a discretionary bonus, full premium coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, generous paid time off, commuter benefits, fitness reimbursement, and an annual professional development stipend. This is a full-time, in-office role in San Francisco.
