About this role

Titan Security Group's Finance & Accounting department is seeking a Staff Accountant to manage the financial backbone of a 13,000-person national security services organization. You'd own complex general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and payroll-related accounting while supporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes. The role demands someone comfortable in high-volume environments who can investigate variances, analyze labor costs across multiple locations, and maintain GAAP compliance while partnering with operations, payroll, and HR to resolve discrepancies and surface financial insights.

This position requires four to seven years of progressive accounting experience, ideally mixing public accounting and corporate roles. The role also involves supporting external audits, evaluating process improvements, and contributing to special projects like acquisitions and system implementations.
