About this role
RF-SMART's summer internship places you in the middle of real operational work across their Professional Services and Customer Success teams. Over 12 weeks, you'll handle concrete responsibilities—triaging customer emails, preparing Statements of Work and Change Orders, managing SharePoint documentation, and conducting project and time entry reviews. You'll also participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery planning alongside Product, Engineering, and QA teams, with your involvement deepening as you demonstrate capability.
The program deliberately splits your time between hands-on project work and structured development. Roughly 5–6 hours weekly go toward professional growth: a CliftonStrengths assessment, communication workshops, a 12-week innovation project, networking with company leaders, and access to LinkedIn Learning. You'll receive regular coaching from experienced Operational Excellence professionals and build connections through intern events and an alumni panel.
This role suits someone currently a junior or senior in an undergraduate or graduate program who's genuinely interested in process improvement and has demonstrated leadership skills. You need to be available for 40 hours per week in Jacksonville, Florida, and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. At $25 per hour, this is positioned as a genuine launchpad rather than a typical internship—meaningful work paired with real mentorship and exposure to how the organization operates.
