About this role

memoryBlue is hiring a Sales Development Representative to work remotely from Singapore, targeting Japanese-speaking professionals with B2B sales experience. The role centers on outbound prospecting—placing 50-70 calls daily, running email and LinkedIn campaigns, and booking qualified meetings for clients. You'll also manage ongoing client relationships and track performance against daily, weekly, and monthly targets using tools like Discover.org and social selling platforms.

The company positions this as a launchpad for early-career sales professionals, with a track record of promoting 50 team members in 18 months and clear pathways to advancement. You'll need fluency in both Japanese and English, strong phone and written communication skills, IT proficiency, and a metrics-driven mindset. The role offers remote flexibility, competitive base plus commission, annual leave, and rewards for top performers including the President's Club trips and financial bonuses tied to career progression.

This suits someone starting or building a B2B sales career who thrives on activity-based targets and relationship building, values structured development opportunities, and is comfortable with high-volume outbound work. Fluency in Japanese is a hard requirement, making this a specialized opening for bilingual candidates in the region.
