Dedicated Regional CDL Truck Driver – Louisville to Defiance (Home Daily)
Location: Originates in Louisville, KY Route: Louisville, KY to Defiance, OH (Round trip) Compensation: $26.50 / Hour + SIGN ON BONUS
We are currently seeking a reliable, safety-focused CDL truck driver for a dedicated, short-haul regional run. This position offers a highly predictable schedule, excellent hourly pay, and the guarantee of being in your own bed every night.

Pay Information
- $26.50/hour
- $1,000 sign on bonus -- $500 after six months, $500 after one year
Route & Schedule Breakdown
- Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (Wednesdays and weekends off).
- Start Time: 4:30 AM sharp departure from our Louisville, KY yard.
- Home Time: Home daily every single night.
- The Run: Drive from Louisville to Defiance, OH, wait for a live load, and return to Louisville.
Job Details & Responsibilities
- Freight Handling: Live load operation. You will arrive at the site in Defiance, get loaded, and drive back.
- Optional Overtime: Want a bigger paycheck? There is potential to work additional hours on-site at the facility if you desire, but it is not mandatory.
- Safety & Compliance: Perform standard pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD), and safely operate the equipment in accordance with DOT regulations.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver’s License).
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and stable work history.
- Punctuality is critical for this 4:30 AM dispatch.
