About this role

Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation seeks a Field Specialist to build and grow mechanical construction sales across the Dallas territory. You'll operate as the company's on-the-ground expert, working directly with contractors and engineers to drive adoption of piping systems, valves, and related products. The role blends technical depth with sales execution: you'll conduct jobsite demonstrations, provide installation support, develop project opportunities, and educate customers on product selection and application—all while managing your territory pipeline and hitting growth targets.

This position demands someone with hands-on experience in mechanical construction, piping systems, or related trades, plus a solid grasp of PVF products and commercial mechanical systems. You'll need strong problem-solving skills, the ability to build trusted relationships, and the self-motivation to work independently across a geographically dispersed territory. A background in outside sales, estimating, or grooved systems experience is preferred, as is a bachelor's degree and established industry connections. Expect to travel 50–75% of the time.

The role is fully remote based in Dallas, making it well-suited for someone who thrives in field-based work and wants ownership of territory growth without being tethered to an office.
