About this role
MoneyHero is a NASDAQ-listed fintech platform operating across four Asian markets, and this role offers the chance to lead or significantly shape the Singapore insurance business at a senior level. You would own commercial strategy and growth for the insurance vertical, working on everything from developing new revenue streams and strengthening insurer partnerships to improving customer journeys and ensuring regulatory compliance. The scope is genuinely flexible—depending on your background and the business need, you could be appointed to lead the Singapore insurance team directly or take another senior leadership position with clearly defined responsibilities, reporting to the Country Manager.
The day-to-day involves building and executing growth initiatives across products, customer segments, and distribution channels; maintaining strong relationships with insurers and strategic partners; and translating market and competitor insights into actionable commercial recommendations. You'll also need to balance commercial ambition with regulatory rigor, working closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure all products, marketing, and processes meet MAS standards. This is a cross-functional role—you'll partner regularly with teams in Commercial, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Finance, and Compliance to resolve issues, improve performance, and scale the business.
The position is fully remote and based in Singapore. Success is measured against revenue, profitability, conversion, retention, customer growth, and the quality of partner relationships. This role suits someone with strong commercial instincts, regulatory awareness, and the ability to influence across functions—ideally with prior experience in insurance, fintech, or similar regulated environments in Asia.
