The Role
We are looking for a Content Creator Intern to help develop and create social-first content for a diverse portfolio of brands. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will collaborate with copywriters, art directors, account managers and producers to bring content ideas to life.
This internship offers hands-on experience in social content ideation, pre-production, shooting and editing. You will contribute to brainstorms, develop content ideas and help create platform-native work that earns attention and feels at home in people’s feeds.
You will be guided by the Creative Director and work alongside experienced creatives and producers as you build your skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contribute social-first ideas in brainstorms always-on content informed by trends, cultural moments, creator content and platform behaviour.
- Develop selected ideas in existing slide templates, setting out the format, hook, script, sound, caption and intended execution.
- Support pre-production by creating basic shot lists, storyboards and production notes, and working with the wider team to make ideas practical and ready to produce.
- Assist on shoots, capture content where needed, and support the editing of short-form videos in CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Learn from audience response and content performance to help inform future ideas.
What You’ll Learn
- How social-first ideas are developed for brands, from insight and ideation through to execution.
- How to identify and apply effective formats, hooks, trends and platform conventions.
- How to develop a content idea into a practical execution plan, including scripts, captions, sound references, storyboards and shot lists.
- How social content is captured, edited and adapted for different platforms.
- How creative, account management and production teams work together to bring content to life.
- How audience response and performance signals can help shape stronger future ideas.
How to Apply
Please share examples of content you have created: a personal channel, vlog, fan edit, short-form video, school project or portfolio. We care more about your curiosity, taste and creative drive than whether you have agency experience.

Our Ideal Candidate
- Lives and breathes social content—not just scrolling, but noticing why a creator, trend, format or video earns attention.
- Is already making content in some form: perhaps editing travel vlogs, running a personal channel, making fan edits, building a community or creating videos for a club, project or brand.
- Is curious about the craft behind high-performing content: what happens in the first three seconds, how hooks and open loops work, and how pacing and format affect retention.
- Understands the common formats and audience behaviours on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, and can share examples of what is working now.
- Has some experience shooting and editing short-form video, ideally using CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Has a strong grasp of English and can write engaging, social-native hooks, scripts, captions and concise idea descriptions.
- Is highly driven, organised and reliable; open to feedback; and comfortable working with creative, account management and production teams in a fast-paced environment.
We believe great work comes from different perspectives. It only works if it all works — which means building an inclusive team where everyone can thrive and be their authentic self.

About this role
GOVT VCCP is looking for a Content Creative Intern to develop social-first content for established challenger brands across Asia-Pacific, including OCBC Bank, Cathay Pacific, Puma, Google and Deliveroo. Based in Singapore and reporting to the Creative Director, you'll work embedded within a team of copywriters, art directors, account managers and producers to ideate, plan and execute short-form video content. The role is hands-on: you'll contribute ideas in brainstorms, develop concepts using slide templates with scripts and storyboards, support shoots, capture footage and edit videos in CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
This internship suits someone who already creates content in some form—whether that's a personal channel, vlogs, fan edits or video projects—and has genuine curiosity about why content performs. You should understand TikTok and Instagram formats, have shot and edited short-form video before, and be able to write engaging hooks and captions. The ideal candidate notices trends and creator behaviour, grasps how pacing and hooks affect retention, and can articulate why specific content works. Strong English, reliability and comfort working across teams in a fast-paced environment are essential.
You'll learn how social ideas move from insight through execution, how to translate concepts into practical production plans, and how performance data shapes future work. The company values creative drive and taste over agency experience, so your portfolio matters more than your CV—bring examples of content you've actually made.
