About this role
EOS IT Solutions is recruiting Assembly Operatives for its Singapore data centre team, though this posting is currently an expression of interest for future openings. The role involves hands-on preparation, assembly, and repair of data centre hardware—servers, storage systems, network equipment, and power infrastructure. You would handle component tracking, perform visual inspections, carry out replacements following strict procedures, and maintain accurate records in operational systems. The work demands precision, procedural compliance, and close collaboration with supervisors and site teams in a safety-focused environment.
The position suits someone with strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and comfort working physically in a technical setting. You'll need good French language skills and working English, along with the ability to stand for extended periods and safely handle or move heavy equipment. The role emphasizes reliability, learning standardized processes, and escalating issues appropriately rather than working around problems. This is full-time, in-office work in a structured environment where 5S standards, safety protocols, and site compliance are non-negotiable.
If you're interested in data centre operations and prefer hands-on technical work within clear procedures and a team setting, registering your interest now positions you for consideration when positions become available.
