About this role
You'll be joining The Ritz-Carlton Singapore as a Hotel Manager under Chica Linda, the independent franchisee operating the property. This is a full-time, in-office role that sits at the operational heart of the hotel, bridging guest experience, team performance, and profitability. You'll support the operations team in translating goals into action, manage guest and employee satisfaction initiatives, handle hiring and onboarding, and step in on the floor as needed to ensure service standards are met. The role requires you to be proactive with both guest concerns and employee development, while staying across financial performance data and quality audits.
The position calls for at least three years in hotel operations, with solid technical skills in Microsoft Office, Opera PMS, Micros, and GXP systems. You'll need strong organizational abilities, confidentiality awareness, and communication skills—both to coach staff and to engage guests directly. The salary range is SGD 5,000–7,000 monthly. Beyond base pay, you'll access Marriott's global hotel discounts across 7,000+ properties, personalized learning tools, two annual staycation nights at Garcha Group hotels in Singapore, and 20% off food and beverage at their restaurants and bars.
Note that you'll be employed by Chica Linda, not Marriott International, so employment terms, benefits, and policies are controlled by the franchisee.
