About this role

At The Ritz-Carlton, this Singapore-based role bridges global brand strategy with regional execution across the Premium Brands portfolio in APEC. You would manage assigned brands—primarily The Westin and Renaissance Hotels—while serving as the key liaison between Global Brand teams and regional stakeholders. The position demands someone who can translate corporate brand intent into market-appropriate initiatives without diluting the core vision, working across operations, marketing, loyalty, development and design teams to drive consistent on-brand performance.

The work balances strategic planning with hands-on execution. You'll develop and localize brand strategies, monitor performance metrics, lead cross-brand initiatives that unlock portfolio growth, and support business planning and competitive positioning. Project management is central—you'll move initiatives from conception through successful delivery while juggling multiple priorities, coordinating with remote teams and international partners, and presenting findings to leadership. Strong analytical skills, comfort with spreadsheets and data, and the ability to build relationships across disciplines are non-negotiable.

This role suits someone with at least three years of brand management experience and preferably hotel operations background. You'll need proven project management discipline, strategic thinking paired with execution rigor, and the communication skills to educate stakeholders and champion brand vision. Remote work from Singapore offers flexibility, though the role is inherently collaborative and cross-functional. If you thrive coordinating complex initiatives across geographies and can balance global consistency with regional nuance, this is worth exploring.
