About this role

Marriott International's Corporate Internship Program places you within the Regional Vice President's Luxury APEC team in Singapore for six months, giving you direct exposure to how luxury hospitality operates at the corporate level across the Asia-Pacific region. You'll move beyond typical front-of-house work to support strategic initiatives, market research, and cross-departmental projects that feed into real business decisions for Marriott's premium portfolio.

Your day-to-day will blend research, data management, and administrative coordination. You'll analyze market trends across APEC, maintain financial databases, create presentations for leadership using PowerPoint and Canva, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence—all while supporting ad-hoc projects as they arise. The role demands strong organizational skills, comfort with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. You'll also need genuine cultural awareness, since you'll be coordinating across multiple regional teams and external partners.

This internship suits undergraduates or recent graduates in hospitality, business, marketing, or related fields who hold Singapore residency or a valid student/work pass, and who are willing to commit the full six months. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable adapting to shifting priorities. If you want to understand how luxury hotel operations work from a strategic angle rather than a property level, and you're ready to contribute meaningfully to a major global hospitality company, this is a solid entry point.
