About this role
Marriott International's Compensation & Benefits internship places you within the corporate HR function rather than hotel operations, giving you insight into how a global hospitality company manages compensation strategy, benefits administration, and related policy work. Over six months, you'll support the C&B team on projects ranging from salary survey analysis to annual compensation cycles, while handling database maintenance, report preparation, and ad-hoc assignments. This is a structured, in-office role in Singapore designed to build your technical competency in HR systems and processes alongside professional communication skills.
The position suits undergraduates or recent graduates with a background in HR, business management, or economics who are detail-oriented, analytically strong, and comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint. You'll need to be a Singapore citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid student or work holiday pass, and be enrolled at or graduated from a recognized university in Singapore or one of several approved countries (Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, UK, or US). The internship demands a full six-month commitment starting January 2027 and rewards those who thrive in fast-paced environments and can communicate clearly with stakeholders across the organization.
