About this role

Working as a Seasonal Tour & Travel Ambassador at The Ritz-Carlton Nashville puts you at the front line of guest experience, handling everything from room key activation and luggage management to providing local recommendations and arranging transportation. You'll be the person guests turn to when they need directions, have service requests, or want to know about the property's amenities and nearby attractions. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate what guests need before they ask.

This is a part-time, in-office position that suits someone comfortable with physical activity—you'll be on your feet for extended periods, moving between areas of the hotel, occasionally using stairs or ladders, and regularly handling luggage and other items up to 25 pounds. The job calls for reliability, professionalism in appearance and manner, and genuine hospitality. No prior hotel or related experience is required, making it accessible to someone new to the industry or looking for seasonal work. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
