About this role
Marriott International's six-month corporate internship places you within the Asia Pacific Consumer Operations Leadership team at The Ritz-Carlton Singapore, working on strategy initiatives that drive organizational change. You'll move beyond typical hotel operations to support strategic communications, develop and track projects from conception through delivery, conduct research and analysis for decision-making, and participate directly in strategy sessions with senior stakeholders. The role balances structured support—coaching, on-the-job training, and clear milestone definitions—with genuine responsibility for meaningful work.
This internship suits undergraduates or recent graduates in business, economics, marketing, or social sciences who are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. You'll need strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative in problem-solving, and ready to take initiative with minimal supervision. You must be eligible to work in Singapore and committed to the full six-month duration from January to June 2027, working in-office.
