About this role
Marriott International's Business Transformation Office in Singapore is seeking an intern to support the company's largest technology transformation initiative across Asia Pacific. Over six months, you'll work on-site in a corporate environment helping to plan and deploy this organization-wide project. Your responsibilities will span communications and stakeholder coordination, conference and vendor management, document handling, project tracking, and research that feeds into senior decision-making. This is a hands-on role that exposes you to hospitality through a corporate lens rather than hotel operations.
The ideal candidate is an undergraduate student with strong written and verbal communication skills—particularly critical given the broad audiences you'll address through presentations and documents. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience in media, graphic design, or presentation creation would strengthen your application. An additional Asian language is valued but not required.
You must be a Singapore citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid student or work holiday pass, and be enrolled at or graduated from a university in Singapore or one of several approved countries (Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, UK, or US). Preferred backgrounds include hospitality, media and communications, business management, or marketing. The internship runs January to June 2027 and requires full commitment to the six-month term.
