About this role
Working in Marriott International's Enterprise Partnerships & Cards department, you'd support the development and management of strategic partnerships across Southeast Asia over a six-month full-time placement. The role sits at the intersection of partnerships, marketing, and hospitality operations, giving you exposure to how major hotel brands build relationships with external partners and drive commercial growth at a corporate level rather than within individual properties.
Your day-to-day work would involve analyzing partnership performance, researching market opportunities, and preparing business cases for new initiatives. You'd also get hands-on experience in partnership marketing—developing promotional offers, coordinating go-to-market campaigns, and tracking results across digital, CRM, social, and mobile channels. You'll work closely with senior leaders from both Marriott and partner organizations, preparing presentations and recommendations that inform strategic decisions across the region.
This internship suits undergraduates in their final years or postgraduate students studying marketing, business, or related fields who have prior work or internship experience and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. You'll need to be analytically minded, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced multicultural environment, and genuinely interested in building a career in partnerships or hospitality. The role is based in Singapore and requires availability for the full six-month commitment, with preference for longer tenure.
