About this role
Working in Marriott International's Consumer Operations Planning & Services team, you'd support deployment and strategy initiatives across the Asia Pacific region for a six-month full-time internship based in Singapore. The role sits at the intersection of project management and strategic planning, requiring you to work with cross-functional teams spanning HR, Finance, and regional leadership to execute transformation projects and drive organizational change. You'd provide analytical support for complex initiatives, help prepare deployment materials, and contribute to strategy development and implementation planning—moving beyond typical intern tasks into substantive project accountability.
This internship suits current university or hotel school students with strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently or collaboratively. The position values problem-solving ability and creative thinking, and it's open to both hospitality-focused students and those in related business disciplines. If you're looking to understand hotel operations from a corporate strategy angle rather than front-line service, and you're comfortable working with senior leaders and cross-departmental partners in a fast-paced environment, this could provide meaningful exposure to how large hospitality organizations plan and execute change.
