About this role
Marriott International's six-month corporate internship places you within the APEC Digital Product team at The Ritz-Carlton Singapore, working in-office on real projects that shape how the company engages digitally across the region. You'll move beyond classroom theory into hands-on work analyzing web performance, optimizing digital experiences, and supporting stakeholders across multiple business segments—giving you a genuine view of how technology operates at scale within hospitality.
The role suits students in their final years of business, marketing, analytics, or digital-focused degrees who are comfortable with data and presentation tools. You'll need strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience with analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics or visualization tools such as Tableau is valued but not required; what matters more is your willingness to learn and your attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
To apply, you must be a Singaporean citizen, PR holder, or hold a valid student pass, and be enrolled in an undergraduate program at a Singapore-registered university. This is a full commitment for six months starting January 2027.
