About this role

Marriott International's Commercial Analytics internship places you within the revenue management function at The Ritz-Carlton Singapore, working on real business problems across a six-month full-time placement. You'll move beyond classroom theory into hands-on predictive modelling, data exploration, and performance reporting—building dashboards, analyzing booking patterns and pricing effectiveness, and delivering insights that directly inform revenue strategy. The role sits at the intersection of hospitality operations and data science, giving you exposure to how analytics drives decision-making at a corporate level within one of the world's leading luxury hotel groups.

Success in this role demands strong technical foundations: SQL and Python for data work, PowerBI or Tableau for visualization, and Excel proficiency are non-negotiable. Beyond the technical toolkit, you'll need sharp communication skills to translate analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders, the composure to work under pressure, and the organizational discipline to juggle multiple projects. A background in data analytics is preferred, though what matters most is your ability to learn quickly and your genuine interest in how hospitality businesses operate.

This internship suits ambitious undergraduates or recent graduates from recognized universities in Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, the UK, or the US who hold the right visa status. You'll need to commit fully to the six-month window (January to June 2027) and work in-office in Singapore.
