About this role
Marriott International's six-month Brand Management internship places you within the corporate operations of The Ritz-Carlton, working on strategic initiatives across their Select, Premium, and Luxury brand portfolios in the Asia-Pacific region. Rather than hotel-floor experience, you'll support brand strategy from a regional corporate perspective—developing presentations and reports, assisting with brand programming rollouts, tracking key hotel openings, and maintaining documentation systems that keep stakeholders aligned.
The role suits analytically-minded students with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills who can organize complex information and work comfortably across multiple projects simultaneously. You'll need solid written English, attention to detail, and the ability to build working relationships with internal teams and external partners. Prior knowledge of Marriott's brands is valued but not essential; what matters more is genuine interest in brand management as a career direction and the discipline to manage deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
You must be a current or recent undergraduate from a university in Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, the UK, or the US, with appropriate visa eligibility to work in Singapore. The internship runs full-time in-office from January to June 2027.
