About this role

Working within Marriott's corporate F&B Operations team, you'll move beyond typical hotel-floor experience to develop strategy and marketing initiatives at a regional level. Your six-month internship centers on creating operational standards documentation, researching industry trends, and supporting projects designed to appeal to millennial consumers. You'll consolidate data, design templates for F&B projects, and liaise directly with properties to gather information—giving you visibility into how corporate decisions translate to hotel execution. Travel to hotel openings and Marriott conferences is part of the role.

The internship emphasizes learning how corporate strategy gets created, developed, and rolled out. You'll build communication and negotiation skills while working alongside the regional office, business partners, and hotel teams. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with fast-paced multitasking, and you have solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint, this role offers genuine exposure to F&B discipline trends and the chance to contribute creative thinking to brand projects. You'll need to be based in Singapore for full-time, in-office work and be eligible to work there under the specified visa or residency categories.
