About this role
The Ritz-Carlton's seasonal F&B cashier role in Nashville centers on closing operations and maintaining service standards in a high-end hospitality environment. You'll handle end-of-shift duties like equipment breakdown, inventory restocking, and thorough cleaning, while also inspecting tableware and glassware before service and keeping work areas spotless throughout the day. The position requires physical stamina—standing for full shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and moving between different levels and surfaces—along with attention to detail and the ability to follow safety and company protocols closely.
Guest interaction and teamwork are built into the role. You'll welcome guests according to Ritz-Carlton standards, communicate professionally with colleagues and on the phone, and support your team in meeting service goals. No prior F&B or supervisory experience is required, making this a viable entry point if you're comfortable with the physical demands and detail-oriented nature of the work. The part-time, seasonal structure suits someone looking for flexible or temporary employment.
