About this role
Supporting The Ritz-Carlton's financial leadership across the Asia-Pacific region, this role sits at the intersection of hotel operations and financial analysis. You would work directly under the Senior Director of Financial Analysis, handling everything from performance monitoring and revenue analysis to program support for Marriott Bonvoy and digital platforms. The position demands someone who can translate complex operational and financial data into actionable insights for senior leaders, while also driving process improvements that benefit the wider organization.
The day-to-day involves assessing hotel performance against benchmarks across RevPAR, food and beverage, and profitability metrics; supporting budget development for new properties; and collaborating across departments to optimize financial procedures and systems. You'll need strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Hyperion, and PeopleSoft, with familiarity with Marriott's back-office systems a significant advantage. The role requires someone comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, diagnosing operational issues, and implementing solutions—balancing independent work with cross-functional collaboration.
This position suits someone with at least two years of experience in business analytics, financial planning, or project management, ideally within hospitality. A degree in business, finance, or accounting is preferred. You should be a self-starter who thinks critically about data, communicates clearly with both peers and executives, and sees inefficiencies as opportunities to redesign processes.
