About this role
Driving luxury travel revenue at The Ritz-Carlton Singapore means building and nurturing relationships across three interconnected channels: luxury consortia and travel networks, corporate accounts, and wholesale partnerships. You'll develop strategic sales plans, conduct regular outreach through calls and familiarization trips, and negotiate preferred partnership agreements—all while monitoring performance and identifying ways to maximize bookings and spending from each segment. This is fundamentally a relationship-driven business development role where your ability to identify opportunities and position the hotel competitively directly impacts the property's revenue.
You'll need at least five years in luxury hospitality or hotel sales, ideally with exposure to both corporate and leisure travel markets. The role requires strong analytical skills to track account performance and market trends, negotiation ability to close partnership deals, and comfort with Microsoft Office for reporting and planning. Success means hitting specific room night and revenue targets while collaborating with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and with the Director of Sales and Marketing to execute broader hotel strategy.
This position suits someone who thrives on relationship building and strategic account management rather than transactional sales, and who understands the nuances of luxury positioning and corporate procurement. You'll be based in-office in Singapore as part of a full-time team.
