At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity. We actively foster an environment where the unique backgrounds of our associates are valued and celebrated. Our greatest strength lies in the rich blend of culture, talent, and experiences of our associates. About this role

Working from the Singapore office, you'd support Marriott's regional talent acquisition and employer branding efforts across the Asia Pacific region, with a particular focus on the Australian market. Over six months, you'll move beyond typical HR admin work into hands-on campaign execution—developing social media content, tracking recruitment metrics, creating marketing collaterals, and managing candidate databases. The role sits at the intersection of HR strategy and marketing, giving you exposure to how a global hospitality company attracts and engages talent at scale.

Your day-to-day will blend creative and analytical work. You might draft social media posts one day, analyze campaign performance data the next, then help coordinate a regional career fair or internal engagement event. You'll collaborate across markets and with senior stakeholders, meaning you'll need strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to feedback. If you have a background in marketing, communications, or HR and are comfortable with social platforms, design tools, and PowerPoint, this internship offers genuine project ownership rather than shadowing—particularly valuable if you're testing whether talent acquisition or employer branding appeals to you as a career direction.

The program is structured to build specific skills: employer brand strategy, social media marketing, project coordination, and data analysis. You'll work in a multicultural environment and gain insight into how HR functions within a major hospitality corporation. The six-month commitment is firm, and you'll need to be a student or recent graduate from an approved university with valid Singapore work authorization.
