About this role
Working across The Ritz-Carlton's Consumer Operations team, you'd support the marketing and digital strategy that drives the brand's owned channels—email, app, and web. The role spans three interconnected areas: managing email campaign execution and digital assets, coordinating digital merchandising placements across platforms, and maintaining the CreativeX platform that governs creative standards. You'd be the operational backbone for these functions, working with internal stakeholders, regional teams, and external agencies to ensure campaigns launch on time and meet brand guidelines.
This internship suits someone organized and detail-oriented who enjoys working across multiple projects simultaneously. You'll need strong communication skills to liaise between teams, proficiency in Microsoft Office for data work and reporting, and ideally some exposure to content management or digital asset platforms. Basic photo editing, familiarity with analytics tools, and problem-solving ability are valuable. The role rewards self-starters who spot inefficiencies and propose improvements—you won't just execute tasks, but contribute to how the team works.
The position runs January to June 2027 in Singapore on a full-time, in-office basis. You must be a current undergraduate student or recent graduate from a recognized university, hold Singapore citizenship or PR, or possess a valid Student Pass or Work Holiday Visa. An analytical background is preferred but not required.
