About this role

Marriott International's six-month internship places you on the Destination & Loyalty Marketing team at The Ritz-Carlton in Singapore, working in-office within a corporate environment rather than a hotel property. You'll support the execution of loyalty programs—particularly the Marriott Bonvoy Moments initiative—and integrated marketing campaigns across owned channels like email, app, and social media. The role blends hands-on project work with administrative support: you might help coordinate loyalty events, liaise with external agencies, prepare campaign reports, review creative assets, or assist with event activations.

The internship suits someone detail-oriented and organized who can move quickly in a fast-paced setting. You'll need strong written and spoken English, solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and analytical skills to support campaign planning and post-launch reporting. A background in business management, economics, or marketing is preferred. The program is designed to build your understanding of how loyalty, portfolio, and destination marketing work at scale, and to give you exposure to regional campaign planning and business insights—useful grounding if you're considering a career in marketing or hospitality strategy.

Eligibility requires you to be a Singaporean citizen, PR holder, or on a valid student or work holiday pass, and to be an undergraduate (or recent graduate) from a university in Singapore or one of several approved countries. You must be able to commit the full six months.
