About this role
Ritz-Carlton's CDMX office is seeking an analytics specialist to build and maintain reporting infrastructure for the talent acquisition function across the Caribbean and Latin America region. You'll work at the intersection of HR data and business strategy, developing dashboards and analytical models that measure recruiting effectiveness, pipeline health, time-to-fill, and source performance. The role requires translating complex datasets into actionable insights for senior leaders and supporting strategic hiring initiatives through forecasting and trend analysis.
Success in this position depends on strong technical skills with SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel, ideally paired with experience in Oracle HCM systems. You'll need at least two years in HR analytics or a comparable analytical role, plus a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or HR with prior analytics experience. Beyond the technical toolkit, the work demands clear communication—both written and verbal in English—to explain data findings to non-technical audiences and collaborate across HR, business, and corporate teams.
The scope spans talent acquisition reporting, operational process improvement, and employer branding analytics. You'll identify recruiting bottlenecks, propose efficiency gains, establish performance standards, and support workforce planning. This is an in-office, full-time role reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, suited for someone who combines analytical rigor with the initiative to drive improvements and the relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders across regions.
