You'll spend most of your time handling day-to-day support—troubleshooting issues across hardware, cloud services, and mobile apps; managing account access; and tracking cases from intake through resolution. The role also involves supporting the Senior Customer Success Manager with onboarding logistics, training coordination, and early-life customer support. This is a role for someone with 2–5 years of B2B customer service or technical support experience who can move fluidly between front-line troubleshooting and internal coordination. You need to be comfortable learning a multi-layered technology stack, asking the right diagnostic questions, and owning communication until issues are resolved or properly escalated. Experience with ticketing or CRM systems is required; familiarity with SaaS, IoT, or connected products is a plus.
The role is positioned as a growth opportunity. Early on, you'll work closely under the Senior Customer Success Manager while learning the product and customer journey.
