About this role

UL Solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to build and manage a field evaluations sales territory across the Southern Region, from Texas to Florida. This is a remote role that requires significant travel—roughly 25-50% of your time—and ideally you'll be based within the territory. You'll own the full sales cycle for field evaluation and inspection services, from prospecting and discovery through closing and handoff to implementation teams. The work involves balancing account management of existing customers (with a focus on service renewals) alongside new business development, supported by inside sales and sales support specialists as needed.

Success in this role demands six or more years of direct sales experience, with deep knowledge of field evaluation and inspection services specifically. You'll need strong business acumen, proficiency in standard sales tools (CRM, MS Office), and the ability to use technical credibility to establish relationships with decision-makers and centers of influence. The position requires an Associate's degree minimum; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. You'll also be expected to participate in industry conferences and IAEI meetings to build pipeline and stay connected to the market.

Compensation is structured as an uncapped commission plan with a base salary of $94,500–$125,900 and an annual target incentive of 55%, bringing total on-target earnings to $159,500–$190,900. The package includes standard health, wellness, and retirement benefits, plus 15 days vacation, 12 days holiday, and 72 hours sick time annually.
