About this role
DTCC is seeking an Associate Director to drive commerciality strategy within its Asset Services division, a critical function given the organization's role processing trillions in securities transactions and custody globally. This role sits at the intersection of product management and business development, requiring someone who can translate market needs and competitive dynamics into viable commercial strategies for asset servicing offerings. You'll work within a mature, industry-owned infrastructure company that processes over $99 trillion in custodied securities across 150+ countries, meaning your decisions operate at significant scale and impact thousands of financial institutions.
The position demands experience bridging product development and commercial viability—understanding both what clients need and what makes business sense for DTCC to build or enhance.
