About this role

DTCC is seeking a Lead Capacity Planning Engineer to join its Philadelphia office on a full-time, in-office basis. In this role, you would take ownership of capacity planning for systems that process trillions of dollars in securities transactions annually across the global financial infrastructure. You'd be working at a company that has spent over 50 years building the backbone of post-trade market operations—clearing, settlement, asset servicing, and trade reporting—serving thousands of financial institutions worldwide.

This position calls for someone with the technical depth to lead capacity planning initiatives, likely involving forecasting, resource optimization, and infrastructure strategy for mission-critical systems. You would be part of a team that values diverse perspectives and collaborative problem-solving, operating within an organization that emphasizes both innovation and operational resilience. The role is based in Philadelphia and requires in-office presence.

If you have experience in capacity planning, infrastructure engineering, or systems optimization in a high-volume transaction environment, and you're drawn to work that directly impacts global financial markets, this could be a strong fit.
