About this role

DTCC's Enterprise Data Solutions team is looking for an intern to contribute to real work supporting the company's data programs—spanning master data management, data quality, stewardship, and modernization initiatives. Over a structured 10-week summer, you'll perform data and process analysis, help document business requirements across stakeholder groups, and assist with reporting and governance activities that keep DTCC's financial infrastructure running smoothly. This isn't shadowing work; you'll tackle meaningful projects while learning how trusted data drives operational decisions in the financial markets.

The role suits someone pursuing a degree in business, data analytics, finance, or a related field (graduating Spring 2028, minimum 3.2 GPA) who has some exposure to data, analytics, or business analysis through coursework, projects, or prior experience. You should be curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable asking questions as you learn. The program wraps mentorship, structured feedback, training, and networking into the internship, so you'll have support from managers and peers while exploring whether this career path fits you.

The position is hybrid—three days in Tampa, two days remote—with competitive hourly pay. You'll need permanent work authorization in the US without sponsorship.
