About this role

DTCC's Enterprise Data Solutions team is looking for recent graduates to join its 18-month EDGE development program as Data Solutions Analysts. You'd work on initiatives that improve how the organization manages, governs, and modernizes data across the business—supporting everything from master data and data stewardship to quality monitoring and enterprise platforms. The role involves analyzing data and processes to spot gaps and opportunities, documenting requirements and findings, and partnering with business and technology teams on reporting, governance, and modernization projects. Your work directly supports DTCC's mission of powering global financial markets through secure transaction processing.

The EDGE program is structured specifically for early-career development, combining hands-on work on real business priorities with monthly learning sessions, mentorship, and regular feedback. You'll get exposure across the team through projects and shadowing, hear from leaders and subject matter experts, and build technical, functional, and leadership skills over 18 months. The role is based in Tampa on a hybrid schedule (three days in office, two remote) and requires a bachelor's degree in a related field with an expected May 2027 graduation and a 3.2 minimum GPA.

Success in this role depends on curiosity, analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate across functions and learn in a complex industry. Prior internship or project experience related to data, analytics, or business analysis would strengthen your candidacy, as would genuine interest in how financial services, technology, and data governance interconnect.
