About this role
Regional One Health in Memphis is seeking an infectious disease specialist to join its clinical practice with a heavy patient care focus. The role is structured around 90% clinical work across both inpatient and outpatient settings within the UTROP Practice Plan, with the remaining 10% allocated to teaching and research activities through the University of Tennessee Health Sciences. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Memphis.
You'll need an M.D. degree, Tennessee licensure eligibility, and board certification in both Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. The position suits clinicians who prioritize direct patient care and want to maintain a meaningful connection to academic medicine without a research-heavy commitment. UT Health Sciences is a major regional health system spanning Tennessee with significant clinical training programs and resources, and Memphis itself offers a lower cost of living than many comparable medical centers while maintaining an active medical district and cultural amenities.
