About this role

At DTCC's Global Business Operations division, this role leads the Corporate Actions Testing team in validating system enhancements and new applications before they reach production across multiple business units including DTC, NSCC, and FICC. You'll oversee user acceptance testing activities, manage test case execution and exception resolution, and sign off on functionality changes—working closely with Product Management, Operations, and IT across cross-functional squads. The position requires translating complex technical information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders while ensuring adherence to controls and project deadlines.

Beyond day-to-day testing oversight, you'll develop and coach your team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and take a strategic role in departmental projects that support divisional goals. This is a people leadership position where you'll evaluate talent, provide constructive feedback, build stakeholder relationships, and strengthen the control environment through process enhancements. The hybrid arrangement (three days onsite in Tampa, two remote) provides flexibility while maintaining collaboration.

You'll need at least eight years of related testing or operations experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent background, and a demonstrated ability to lead change, foster transparency, and seek feedback. DTCC offers competitive compensation with annual incentive, comprehensive health and retirement benefits, and paid time off tailored to support your well-being.
