Stress Testing Associate Director

DTCC is seeking an Associate Director for Stress Testing in its Tampa office—a role that sits at the intersection of risk management and financial infrastructure. You would be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing stress testing frameworks that help ensure the resilience of one of the world's largest post-trade processing platforms, which annually handles trillions of dollars in securities transactions and messages. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring both technical depth in stress testing methodologies and the ability to guide a team through complex modeling and scenario analysis.

The ideal candidate brings substantial experience in quantitative risk analysis, financial modeling, or stress testing within a regulated financial environment. You'll need strong analytical skills, familiarity with regulatory requirements around systemic risk and capital adequacy, and the ability to communicate technical findings to senior stakeholders. This role demands someone who can balance rigor with pragmatism—designing stress tests that are both statistically sound and operationally feasible across DTCC's diverse business lines and asset classes.
